HP Pavilion Mini Desktop - 300-230 (ENERGY STAR)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I replaced the M.2 Wifi card in my Pavilion Mini 300-230 with the Intel AX200 Wifi 6 card. After doing do, I'm not longer able to boot into the OS. The computer displays a message that no OS is found. I still see both of my SSDs in the BIOS menu, including in the boot order, so I'm baffled why a simple WiFi upgrade would cause this problem. What could be the solution here (besides swapping the old WiFi card back)? TIA

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try reinstalling Windows.

I am also surprised by the results of changing out the Wi-Fi card.

If the BIOS had a whitelist, the PC would either report a BIOS unsupported Wi-Fi module error and not continue, or sometimes you get into Windows and the card either doesn't show up at all as if none were installed, or it shows up and refuses to work (disabled).
