Product: HP ENVY 13-ay1000 x360 Convertible PC (3T487AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Laptop is working only when connected to charger and since morning it’s not working due to boot failure.

There is no option or function given to re-boot it.

From your description either the main battery, which may have been a few years old, reached the end of its service life or there is a system board hardware failure.
