Hello. After accidentally clicking on "third-party management of optional ROM" in my desktop BIOS settings, it restarted, giving continously long beeps, then 3 short (higher pitched), without any display. What does that beep code mean, and how to solve this problem ?

According to the beep code chart 3.3 = a graphics chip failure.

I suggest you unplug the PC, open it up and reset the BIOS to its defaults by clearing the CMOS.

Since you have not provided any information regarding the model PC you have, removing the coin cell battery will usually reset the BIOS.

I have an HP Z240 TOWER Workstation. I have manually reset the BIOS like you said and cleaned My graphics card PCI slot (GTX 1050 Ti). Now the computer displays but it gives an "IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL" error, even when I try to boot in safe mode, enter repairing tool, or restore system from a media tool.

I wouldn't be able to help you with that problem.
