@Shelbycountyfc , welcome to the Community.
Here are the Product Specifications for the computer. Look at the section titled "Memory/Memory upgrade information" for the specifications of the correct memory. It appears that it requires DDR4-2400; not DDR-3000. This is why the computer won't boot.

I suggest that you use Crucial Memory's website to see which memory they recommend for your computer. I have recommended their memory for many years without receiving any complaints.
