I moved recently and upon trying to set up my Hp Elitedesk, I was met with 3 red beeps followed by 4 white beeps. It repeated endlessly, and I need a way to fix this. Is there any quick way to tell how I can repair this?

According to the link below the 3.4 beep code your PC is generating means that there is a power issue of some kind.

Yeah I figured that much out, but do you know how I could narrow down what the issue is? I got it open and I'm a little lost on what I should do from here. Thank you so much.

You're very welcome.

Unfortunately, I would not.

Those issues are hard to diagnose.

It is either a bad power supply or a bad motherboard.

The easiest thing to do would be to replace the power supply.

If that doesn't fix the problem, you would need a new motherboard.

If you enter your PC's product number in the search window at the link below, it will provide the part number for the power supply your PC uses.

Once you have the part number, you can go on eBay, do a search by the HP power supply part number and find a used but tested and working power supply which shouldn't be too expensive.
