Microsoft Windows 11

I got this computer yesterday. As I turned it on, the mouse froze once and I had to unplug it to get it going. Then it worked the rest of the day. Today, the same thing happened after I started it.

Thanks, I will do this. Today the mouse didn't freeze. I'll monitor for a couple more days.

I updated all the drivers as instructed, except the Nvidia driver didn't want to load. you have an option, "no thanks I will download and install manually"
preferably use this

and check if the downloaded version is much more recent
