My screen is broken so I want to send it to HP, but I don't know how.

and
Click here for world-wide contact info
Or contact the closest authorized service center

It may be cheaper to buy a used PC of the same model than to have it repaired by any service center (not just HP service)

Youtube may have videos showing how to replace the screen.

Go to the below site and enter your serial number. You should get both General information such as a parts list and also Unique Information such as features your motherboard was programmed to have. Select the General information to find a part such as a display (LCD screen), fan or a cable. If there is no photo of the part you may need to search (google) the part number to verify the image matches your part.

Let me know the exact model and I might be able to find a DIY solution.
