Hp TouchSmart 300 PC
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have an Hp TouchSmart 300 pc with Windows 7 Pro O/S and i have a problem opening my webcam, i've got no icon or tiles to work with, even a command from START (search box, typing webcam or camera does not work), and one has suggested to check driver from device manager and i found driver was there, i even uninstall it and re-start my pc but still nothing. My Home Key which is on the bottom right corner of Hp frame has not even work, please someone help me solving this issue.

@EdMan50 A webcam is a video input device, similar to a scanner or camera, and does not work unless you have software that works with your webcam hardware. The two most common types of software that use webcams are Internet messaging software (for making video calls over the Internet), and video editing software (for creating and sharing video files).

Use one of the following sections that best describes your situation.
