Could you help me to check the warranty for 300 laptops and desktops?

For a large fleet like 300 laptops and desktops, the warranty cannot be checked all at once in a single submission. The online warranty check tool allows you to upload serial numbers in batches of up to 20 devices at a time. That means you’ll need to prepare the list of serial numbers and process them in multiple uploads until all 300 are covered.

 

Here’s how you can make the process feel smoother:

 

Prepare the Serial Numbers

  • Collect all serial numbers in advance and organize them in a spreadsheet.
  • This way, you can copy and paste groups of 20 quickly without retyping.

 

Use the Warranty Check Tool

 

Repeat in Batches

  • Continue until all 300 devices have been checked.
  • Save the results from each batch into your spreadsheet so you have a consolidated record.

 

Optional Efficiency Tip

  • If the devices are already registered in the HP App, you can view warranty information directly from there, which may reduce the need for repeated manual entry.

 

So, while it isn’t possible to check all 300 at once, batching them in groups of 20 is the most efficient way to complete the task.
