Buying a power supply as well as a GPU

Hi, I have a HP OMEN 870-213w

1070 gtx

i7-7700

500 psu 

16gb ram 

I was wondering if there was any possibility to upgrade the psu that I can buy online (not hp support) and a gpu like a 5060 or any other one I have a budget of $350 to spend right now just need help with that, also to see if a certain gpu needs amount of watts or if I don’t have to upgrade the psu and where I could buy these items.
