HP All-in-One - 22-c0073w
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased a HP Pavilion on July 31, 2018.  It only worked the first time I turned it on.  Had to send it in for replacement/repair and so I bought an All-in-One  in October 2018 to have a computer to use while I waited on the pavilion to finally get right, because I have sent  it in twice now.  The All in one works fine, if slow.  I had purchased a 3 year Care Pack for the Desktop when I purchased it on July 31, 2018.    I bought the all in one at WalMart and bougt a 2 year care pack for it through HP shopping on March 22, 2019.  both my computers are registered with HP, but the all in one shows the manufacturers warranty expired  and says my alll in one is out of warranty,   It should be covered by the 2 year care pack I purchased for exactly this reason, HP.  Have someone contact me regarding this mess you have put me in because I can't count on your system to do anything correct and have had to have 2 computers and 2 warranties, and all of it has never been correct or working!
