I inserted a CD into the CD Drive of the PC, the CD was not read so I opened the drive and the CD was eaten by the machine. How do I get the CD out? First time this has ever happened. Help.

Is there a small hole in the front-plate of the CD/DVD device?
Shutdown the computer. Disconnect the power-card.
Straighten one end of a paper-clip, and insert it into the hole, until you feel resistance.
Then, firmly push a little more. The "tray" should unlock, and you can gently pull the tray, to open it.
