Product: OMEN 30L Desktop PC GT13-1000i
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi there, 

 

After a couple of months of gaming on this desktop, its started crashing mid-game with with two types of crashes; a CLOCK_WATCHDOG_ERROR and both of my connected screens black-screening but with Discord and other applications still running, but i couldnt turn them back on without shutting off my pc.

 

I tried all types of fixes. I did all the diasnostics checks on all my hardware; CPU, GPU, RAM ect. but nothing turned out and it did not give any fails. I also updated / put in old NVIDIA driver to see if that was the problem. (it was not). And I updated my BIOS but without luck.

 

Do any of you know what I can do next?

 

PC specs: 

Windows 11

32Gb RAM DDR4

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 30800

11th gen Intel Core I9-11900k @ 3.50 GHz

 

Please help.... 😞
