I have a complaint ongoing but they have refused to cooperate any further. 

 

I had my PC repaired but it was returned damaged. The PC was sent back to repair the damages but they couldn't repair because the parts were not being manufactured and so they offered buy back for £250. I refused this and asked for my PC to be returned, something I suspect they were trying to avoid because the PC was returned in pieces with panels on the PC case broken beyond repair.

 

Does anyone have the number for UK head office? I've tried writing to them but they have not replied and it's looking like I'll have to take hp to court. Without the correct contact, I'll have difficulty enforcing any judgement I get against hp.

Thanks for that. I've written to them already to their head office. I really need to speak to someone and not have to go through their abysmal complaints team who are offshore. The complaints manager dealing with my complaint is trying to argue limited warranty but he doesn't get that I have extended warranty and the limited warranty doesn't apply to me. They literally sent me my PC in pieces!
