I have a problem with my AIO 22-c0012nq, cpu fan speed increases and decreases in the range 1900-2100 within 1-2 seconds. This behavior keeps going no matter how long your computer stays on.
I've made driver updates from the hp site, including bios. The same behavior.
The computer is new, it only has one day and behaves just like the one I have returned for the same symptoms.
Not being a constant noise, continuously varying with 200 rpm within 2 seconds, is extremely annoying.
In BIOS I have no setting to do, just an info menu with Thermal CPU Fan speed where I can see this behavior.
Any advice/solution?

Greetings,
Welcome back to the forum.
I am not a HP employee.
I would consider trying a different HP product if this is the second, brand new, HP product having the same fan speed issue.
This problem could be a systemic motherboard (MB) sensor problem or the fan has problems.
You updated the BIOS and see no change in this behavior.
You have some kind of MB sensor or hardware problem if the erratic fan speeds happen out of the box.
