I never thought it was an issue as this was my first PC but now it seems unnatural.

The CPU fan has a build up of a liquid that feels like motor oil.

I’m not sure what to do with this or how to fix it personally and when I try to contact HP the support pages are useless as it tries to direct me to the Virtual Assistant that provides no help on such issue.

Would love to know what I should do with the liquid my CPU fan has built up.

@GlareNova -- I wonder if the oil is leaking-out from the centre of the fan, where there might be oil to allow the ball-bearings to spin more freely.

If your computer is less than 12 months old, contact HP Support, to make a claim against the HP Warranty, to get HP to replace the fan, at their expense. If the warranty has expired, find a local owner/operator computer store, and take your computer to that store, to get them to replace the fan.
