EliteOne 1000 G1 All In One

Will my EliteOne 1000 G1 support a CPU upgrade to a i7 7700T processor? I do not really know the difference between 7700 & 7700T

Thank You

@jaketothebone,

Then an i7-7700T would be a substantial upgrade:

@jaketothebone,

Welcome to our HP community forum!

If you got an i7-7700 installed in your HP EliteOne 1000 G1 All-in-One, an i7-7700T would not be a processor upgrade.

An i7-7700T has a lower TDP (35-watt) compared with an i7-7700 (65-watt), but also a lower clock speed: 2.90/3.80 GHz vs. 3.60/4.20 GHz.

But an i7-7700T would be compatible with your AIO.

Kind Regards,

Thank You I currently have an i3 6100. I just wanted to make sure the i7 7700T would be compatible.
