I had upgraded my CPU from a Ryzen 5 3500 to a Ryzen 7 5800x, but after the swap there was no display. After doing some research I updated my BIOS from AMI F.24 dated in 2022 to AMI F.29 dated in 2024 and still no display. But as soon as I put the old cpu back in the display has zero issues and the pc works perfectly fine. I verified that there weren't any bent pins and yes my cpu fan was plugged in. I'm really confused because all the lights turn on when the pc turns on, it's like there's no communication between the pc and monitor. But clearly there is because I'm currently using all the same cables while the old cpu is in until I get this figured out.

I would say that the reason the Ryzen 7 5800x processor is not working is because according to the product specs for your PC, the processor is not supported in the motherboard.
