CPU Upgrade

HP Recommended
Pavilion Desktop TG01-0170m CTO
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have Ryzen 5 3500 and 1660 ti  to and I noticed that I get 60-80 cpu usage while gaming. I was wondering can I upgrade my pc so I can have lower cpu usage and less stutter problems. I want to upgrade to the Ryzen 7 3700x to have 20 cpu usage. Is that possible. Is there any store that can upgrade it for me?

Thank you for the information.

Looks like the computer that you have is custom built and I do not have the required information. I recommend you contact support and they will assist you in this regard.

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

Cheers!
