For the liquid cooler you sent me that's all I need to get right? No extra parts for it like a holder for it or anything?

@notowena,

 

Based on the pictures, I believe that is all you need.  You need a couple of screws to attach the radiator/fan combo to the PC case, but these screws should be available where the radiator/fan combo is to be installed.  Check if you got them, and you could even request them from the eBay Seller if needed.
