CPU and GPU upgrade

Hi, I got an Omen 30L desktop pc, I got it in 2021 maybe, it came with a ryzen 5 3600 and a gtx 1660 super, and I want to know if the motherboard would read a rtx 3060 and a ryzen 7 5700, I just want to make sure the motherboard would read it before I buy it. Thank you!!

And lest I forgot to post it, in order to power an RTX 3060 (seriously, I would choose a smaller-sized RTX 4060 such as this model since they are priced very similarly compared with an RTX 3060), you'll need a 500-watt power supply.  The 'official' HP OMEN power supply (an HP-branded Cooler Master) has p/n: M22295-001 "Power Supply - 500W Persan3 FR", but since your motherboard is 24-pin ATX power enabled, any decent ATX power supply will do. Just watch its dimensions (LxWxH) for fit inside your case.

Thank you for the reply, I didn't knew the rtx 3060 and the 4060 where priced very similarly; And for the cpu, do you think that I could swap the motherboard for one that fits in the case and suports ryzen 7 5700, or I wouldn't see any mayor improvement for gaming?

Personally, I would upgrade to a Ryzen 9 3900. Compared with the Ryzen 7 5700X, the Ryzen 9 3900 is the better processor: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X vs AMD Ryzen 9 3900: What is the difference?.
