The motherboard I have is Base-Board Manufacturer: HP Base-Board Product: 8643, Base-Board Version: SMVB Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor, 3593 MHz, 8 Core(s), 16 Logical Processor(s), Installed Physical Memory (RAM): 32.0 GB
Sticker on the motherboard says Replace with HP Spare L56021-602 with DT20B1 under it. The stamp on the board says ERICA_ERICA2 Rev. A
Where the CPU is it says: Socket AM4
The Operating System was originally Windows 10 but had the option to upgrade to Windows 11 Home for free and is now running Windows 11Home.
I purchased a Thermal right SI-100 CPU Air Cooler, 6×6mm Heat Pipes, TL-E12 PWM Quiet Fan CPU Cooler with S-FDB V2.0 Bearing, AGHP 3.0 Technology, for AMD AM4 AM5/Intel 1150/1151/1200/1700/2066, PC Cooler to upgrade the current cooling fan. The AM4 brackets supplied don't fit the motherboard holes, the Intel brackets matched the holes. the supplied screws for the AM4 kit fit the board but did not fit in the Intel bracket and intel supplied screws did not fit the board.
What is this Board? An AM4 and why didn't the supplied AM4 kit fit the spacing of the screw holes but the Intel Kit brackets matched?
Where can I find the actual internal parts list showing the listed part numbers for the fans and other components of the desktop as it was purchased? And if you know of a high-performance cooling fan/heat sink that will work Please refer me. Thank you.

Greetings @candben
Welcome back to the Forum.
HP uses Intel CPU heatsink mounting points on Intel and AMD MBs installed in your PC's case. Your PC's case is also used in HP TG01 PCs.
So you need the Intel brackets but the screws don't match.
Check this YouTube video showing a Noctua cooler install in a TG01 case having an AMD MB.
The Noctua cooler install required four M3 16 mm screws. You might be able to use the correct screw length to install the Thermalright CPU cooler in the HP MB. Check Thermalright specs for the required screw length.
The YouTube video has a link to the Screw Kit purchased by Tech Nitwit.
