I recently purchased an HP elitedesk Mini 805 G6. In its original configuration with Ryzen 4650GE, the system would crash and show a blue screen during system installation, when loading the desktop, or occasionally a few seconds after the desktop had loaded.
I have thoroughly tested the RAM and storage devices, and they are functioning correctly. However, after further testing, I discovered that the CPU itself appears to be faulty. I confirmed this by installing the same CPU in another fully functional system, and it caused identical issues there.
My main question is regarding CPU compatibility with the 805 G6 motherboard:
Does this unit support only Ryzen Pro 4xxx GE series processors?
Are standard Ryzen G series like 4650G CPUs also supported?

If your PC came with the AMD Ryzen™ 5 PRO 4650GE, it would only support the other 35W processors unless you change the heat sink, fan and the power supply, so it appears.
The system board seem to have the same part number.
The other processors listed such as the AMD Ryzen™ 7 PRO 4750G are 65W processors
See the specs at the link below:

IMHO, that is too much modification and if something more is needed that I am not aware of, your project would be a waste of time and money.
I recommend you just install the AMD Ryzen™ 7 PRO 4750GE for a slight upgrade.
