Hi,
Was wondering if I can upgrade my CPU on the Pavilion 24-xa all-in-on PC (4NZ69AV)
I would like to change my operating system to windows 11 but when I check to see if my unit will run it the only issue is that the CPU can't run it. Please see image. If possible , which CPU should I purchase?

Hi:
Your PC has a processor socket type: FP5 BGA which means that the processor is soldered to the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.
There is a way to bypass the W11 hardware requirements and install W11 if you are interested in trying it.
