i have hp prodesk 600 g1 sff with i5 4590t can i upgrade cpu a like i7 4790 is it work in 600g1 i5 4590t motherboard

How does your PC have an i5-4590t in the SFF motherboard?

 

The Intel processors ending in a 't' are only supported in the HP Prodesk 600 G1 Desktop Mini (DM) model series:

 

See pages 5 - 8 for the list of processors by form factor that were supported in the Prodesk 600 g1 model series:

According to this benchmarking website if you have a 600 G1 SFF, the i7-4790/4790K would be supported even though it is not listed in the above HP specs link.
