Gen8 Microserver
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi - I wonder if anyone else has had this problem or would know how to fix this. So, I run an HP Gen8 Microserver as my desktop. It was originally fitted with the Intel Celeron G1610T processor which I replaced with an Intel Core i3-3240. Now I can't be sure this is the reason why, but when I look in the Windows Task Manager the CPU Utilization is always 0%.

All the other metrics are fine - so Memory, Disk, Ethernet, etc. I seem to remember reading somewhere that it could be related to the power management options in the BIOS - but I've not been able to find this article again. But it could be completey wrong anyway.

Does anyone have any ideas as to how to resolve this?

Thanks.
