Hi:
Your PC's motherboard does not support any Intel 8th generation core processors which would be what you would need to have the PC meet Microsoft's minimum W11 processor requirements.
If you want an Intel PC that fully meets Microsoft's minimum W11 hardware requirements, you will need to buy a used one with at least an Intel 8th generation core processor or a new one.
I had already given you the steps to do an in-place upgrade to W11 24H2 on your PC as is and I recommend you give it a try before spending money on another PC.
You have absolutely nothing to lose.
I have many unsupported PC's running W11 just fine.
Why should I buy a new PC when what I have works just fine and continue to run fine on W11.
