Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ee1000 (2E2L0AV)
I dropped my backpack and my screen cracked and the corner of my laptop is damaged. Can HP repair it? Or do I have to find a third party to repair my computer? My screen and computer works fine it is just the crack and damage to the computer.

@Maddy_SI , welcome to the Community.
HP doesn't do repairs. You can locate one of their Service Centers to get the laptop repaired or use, as you suggested, a third-party repair shop.
Please click the "Yes" button if my reply was helpful and "Accept as Solution" if your problem is Solved!!
