You could be of great service to the community. That model uses a propreitary power (PSU) supply. What I say now relates ONLY to the PSU. (More later on your questions). Listing all the cables with that PSU would help !!! We know that there are Two 2x2 motherboard plugs and ONE inline 7 pin plug (only 3 wires used). The 2x2 plugs supply board power and CPU chip power. The inline plug is for the fan(s).
What other power cables exist with this PSU has been the mystery. How are the hard drive and DVD drive powered. Is it from the PSU or the motherboard?. Waht about the PCIE GPU power plug. Is it 6 (2x3) or 8 (2x4) pin ?? Any more cables?
Here is the service manual guide. Look at pg 8 for the 2 hard drive mounts.
Now to your question(s)> You need a SATA power lead. If no spare, you can use a SATA power splitter "Y" cable. You will also need a new SATA data cable. Suggest you measure from the motherboard to where you'd mount the spare HD.
If you do no find a SATA power cable from the PSU, then look for this cable, but DO NOT tamper with it. If it's using this cable as the power connect at the hard drive, then it goes back to the motherboard to a separate header. Let us know what you found.
