Product: Omen 870 - 220
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I am fairly competent in upgrading computer hardware no so much with software. With that being so I am not 100% sure if this computer is hardware locked through software. I wanted to give my grandma my old 8 gb sticks of ddr4 3200 ram that I had laying around and buy her a 1TB SSD a hopefully find a nvme slot and get her w 250gb nvme drive. Before doing so I’d love to make sure everything’s alright software wise before :spending money. Thanks!

Well I’m not sure if the bios is hardware locked meaning you cannot upgrade the hardware in the computer
