What is your machine ? For new (say 5 years old) machine CPU is integrated to the system board not upgradable

I don’t remember when I got my hp15 laptop but I’d say maybe 2 years ago, and I want to buy a cpu for my laptop but everytime I search *cpu for laptop* it only shows laptops and my laptop is only 1;60GHZ and I need atleast 4GHZ, but Idk if I can buy one for my laptop cuz Im confused about if my pc is able to get one
