I am an Architectural Draftsman using Chief Architect Pro. On Line... This program has all of the same Tech Attributes
as all of those Amazing HD Games with the Incredible Graphics. My Rendering Screens with multiple structures,
must flow smoothly, adjust precisely, and especially, Zoom, Drag, Rotate and Generate with No Stutter or Latency
whatsoever. My HP is a desktop Pavilion 590-0053w w/Intel i5-8400 - 6 CPUs (with 32GB of RAM installed a week ago).
I was always told RAM = Speed?..... I'm Stuck at a Screen Refresh Rate locked in at 30Hz (needing 60Hz) ... Is there
a Trick, Setting or even Software I can download, that can help me make that last step? Would switching out my HDMI
cable to my 4K Monitor (Has DP Input), with a DisplayPort to USB Type C cable into my USB SuperSpeed port of
my Tower, give me the extra Latency Reduction that's hurting me? The stuttering of the my Graphic Layouts / HD Image Manipulation, On-Screen Editing w/ Adjustments etc. is simply unbearable... Over compensate, re-adjust for accuracy, over correct again etc.... I'm So Close!! Can anyone please help me? What am I missing, my Friends??

hi
check, but having added memory is probably not all you needed
, I'm afraid that just trying to change the refresh will be a big help
if we look at this, maybe you are a long way from the required configuration
and your computer model, will be very difficult to receive a graphics card of this type..
the processor may not be sufficient either
If possible it will be necessary to change the parameters of the programs, to save resources!
