I have recently bought t a HP Pavilion Desktop TP01-2xxx and I also got a graphics card to install but I’m having trouble trying to figure out how to install it into my pc my big question is really are they compatible

An HP Pavilion Desktop TP01-2xxx is most definitely compatible with an RTX 3060 (or an RTX 4060 for that matter) -as this User shows, as long as you got a 500-watt power supply with p/n: L05757-800, which are available online, such as via an eBay Seller.  Also, size-wise a smaller RTX 3060 (two-fan) model (powered by a single 8-pin PCIe power cable) would fit just fine. Please specify is you got the Stark motherboard (SSID: 8860) or an Erica6 motherboard (SSID: 8906).
