Unfortunately, you almost certainly cannot add an eGPU on your AIO because your motherboard doesn't have any PCIe or MXM slots. Also, I would doubt your AIO has a Thunderbolt port like this:

And then there would be an additional potential issue of syncing an eGPU's power supply with your AIO.
