so I am a bit confused as I received different advice about this issue.
So I have a Pavillon gaming TG01 0023w for one year or so and I want to upgrade the memory ram I would go for corsair vengeance DDR4 Dimm memory, but I don't know if it is compliant with my Device since the support book says that I have udimm slots on my computer.
What say you?
Thanks for your help.

Welcome to our HP User Forum!
Your HP Pavilion Gaming - TG01-0023w (6YR56AA) according to: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06693646, is fitted with the HP Erica motherboard (SSID: 8643) and can hold up to 2 x 16GB DDR4 PC4-25600 3200 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, UDIMM ,288-pin RAM sticks.
What RAM have TG01-0xxx Users installed in their rigs? -Here you go: https://www.userbenchmark.com/System/HP-Pavilion-Gaming-Desktop-TG01-0xxx/160592.
And we observe -as expected, that not all RAM is created equal for HP. Here are RAM that will actually run at 3200 MHz on your gaming desktop, the fastest RAM speed allowed by your motherboard:
1.) Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200 C16 2x8GB clocked at 3200 MHz
2.) Crucial Ballistix BL8G30C15U4BL.M8FE 2x8GB clocked at 3200 MHz
3.) Samsung M378A2G43AB3-CWE 1x16GB clocked at 3200 MHz
4.) Crucial Ballistix BL16G32C16U4RL.16FE 2x16GB clocked at 3200 MHz
Mind you, this is not an exhaustive listing of all RAM for your PC that will run at 3200 MHz.
But that all RAM is not created equal, is illustrated by the fact that this RAM: G.SKILL Aegis DDR4 3200 C16 2x8GB, was clocked at a much lower 2133 MHz speed in one of the UserBenchMark performance entries...
Hope this was helpful.

Thank you for your time , your answer sure helps, but it doesn't totally answer my question. Let me be more specific to be well understood.
so firstly I need to upgrade this computer for a specific use as it is used as professional and domestic everyday ride.
I also play with it but it's not the priority as I am not on highly demanding game.
The Most important is that I need to be able to use photoshop/premiere while having a virtualized workstation working, that's why I'll go for no less than 32 GB ram.
Also I have reduced choices since I will pay with gift cards (this plus hard drives) I must do whit what I find on amazon.
in short, I will go for some 2*16 gb with good performances that I can find on Amazon
My options are :
1 - Crucial Ballistix 3200 MHz DDR4 DRAM Desktop Gaming Memory Kit 32GB (16GBx2) CL16 BL2K16G32C16U4B (Black)
or
2 - Crucial RAM 32GB Kit (2x16GB) DDR4 3200MHz CL22 (or 2933MHz or 2666MHz) Desktop Memory CT2K16G4DFRA32A
or
3 - Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB (2X16GB) DDR4 3200 (PC4-25600) C16 1.35V Desktop Memory - Black, 2 count (pack of 1)
Problem is i am a little confused for I got different information regarding how and where I ask the question.
about the first one : crucial Ballistix I read on crucial's websites that this one is compliant with the TG01-xxxx family but...
1 they also say on their website that this family of computer can mount up to 64 GB ram which is not the case (that I am sure of), which makes me doubt of the relevance of their information, and
2 on amazon website they answered that it's not working with my computer (now I really don't trust amazon's questions/answers tbh), and
3 to make the things simpler, the product description on amazon matches with the description on Crucial's website but the product references don't, which is not helpful.
ok now there is the second possibility: the basic crucial is compliant (says Amazon Q/A) but I guess, performances are lower than the crucial ballistix.
And the third possibility: Corsair vengeance LPX, about that one I had two answers from amazon Q/A (lucky me) One said yes and the other said no.
Also in your answer you say Crucial Ballistix BL16G32C16U4RL.16FE 2x16GB clocked at 3200 MHz is compliant, but on amazon I find something looking like this one but with a different reference (CL16 BL2K16G32C16U4B) I would go for that one, but it's still unclear to me if there is a noticeable and important difference or not, or to put it simply: will it work?
Thank's again for your help

According to this actual factual HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-0xxx benchmark performance entry, fitted with an Erica motherboard ( SSID: 8643 ) https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/49506642, which shows that the Crucial Ballistix RAM (Crucial Ballistix BL16G32C16U4RL.16FE 2x16GB) is compatible and runs at 3200 MHz.
Mind you, this particular Ballistix RAM is colored RED -please see the Crucial web reference (single 16GB RAM stick): https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/bl16g32c16u4rl, which is the same as the RED 2 x 16GB RAM stick kit: https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/bl2k16g32c16u4rl, which is the same as this BLACK 2 x 16GB RAM stick kit: https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/bl2k16g32c16u4b.
Which brings us to Amazon's identical BL2K16G32C16U4B 2 x 16GB BLACK RAM kit, which you said you could purchase: https://www.amazon.com/Crucial-Ballistix-Desktop-Gaming-BL2K16G32C16U4B/dp/B083TSLDF2/ref=sr_1_1?cri....
In the -IMO very unlikely- event that this Crucial Ballistix RAM does not work out: return to sender and get your money back. But I don't think that's going to happen.
Hope this was helpful.
