Welcome to our HP User Forum!
It appears you can. User benchmarks for your HP ENVY 750-114 Desktop PC (M9Z92AA) as fitted with an Odense motherboard (SSID: 2B47) as seen here: HP 750-114 Performance Results - UserBenchmark, shows a rig fitted with a Nvidia GTX 980 Ti 6GB GDDR5, along with many other high(er)-end performing graphics cards: UserBenchmark: HP 750-114 Compatible Components.
As long as you got at least a 500-watt power supply with two 6-pin (or one 6-pin, and one 8-pin depending on the model) PCIe power supply cables, you are good to go: MSI GTX 760 Gaming OC Specs | TechPowerUp GPU Database.
Your desktop is highly adaptable, as you can swap your existing power supply with any ATX power supply, provided you watch its dimensions (LxWxH) for fit inside your desktop.
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,
