HP Pavilion Power Desktop - 580-137c
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

So I currently have the HP Pavilion Power Desktop - 580-137c which comes with a Ryzen 7 1700 cpu, rx 550 4gb, gpu, and 16 gb of DDR4 RAM. Here is the link to the support doc https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05686933  . I was wondering if I could isntall the rx 580 8gb or rx 590 8gb into my pc replacing the rx 550. Also, I am getting a 550 watt power supply.

Thanks!

Hello
Shouldn't be a problem since it's the same type of card!
Just check against the model chosen, if there are connectors available if necessary, and if the power supply is sufficient!
also check the size of the card compared to the original one if it will have enough space!
It is indicated for the first recommended 500 W at amd

correction of the given link

[Edit]
Error or replacement of the power supply, the product page indicates:
300 W uATX regular internal power supply not 500 w
If the case, it is more complicated
