So I was wondering if there is any way I can go from my current 300 W internal ATX E-STAR 6.0 Bronze power supply to something that is at least 500W. I want to see if I can switch it out with a better one so I can put in a GTX 970 graphics card. Idk If its possible to change out the PSU with the current dimensions of the chassis but I thought it would be good to ask here. Thanks in advance! 😄

Hi,
HP has a 500 watt power supply that will be a perfect fit in your PC.
Part number 746177-002. HP Part Surfer has this PSU. Check with HP and make sure that this PSU has an eight pin PCIe auxiliary connector if you plan on using the GTX 970. If the PSU doesn't have an eight pin power adapter but instead two 6 pin PCIe power connectors then you could use a power combiner adapter or look over the Zotac models and choose one that does have two 6 pin power jacks.
