I currently have a GT 730 which came preinstalled on my PC, but it can't handle some games like GTA so im upgrading to a Zotac GTX 1050 Ti OC, same dimensions so it would fit in the case, but it uses more wattage. So im just wondering if it's safe to use this with my 180W PSU because it Zotac says that its recommended PSU is at 300w which mine isn't, even for my GT 730 it says recommended PSU is 300w but HP decided to put it in my 180w desktop. Also, i unplugged my CD drive to save wattage if that helps

Hello
if the  power supply is insufficient no, the graphics card will not function properly or not at all
There are two options, if too complicated to change the power supply, you will have to find a card that can work with this power supply, the problem is that it might not be suitable

example here, with another card (same motherboard if it s this model you have) and same power supply:

510-p058d PC Product Specifications

but i think maybe not best for play game
