Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi their , I have 2 questions pls...

1-  Can I upgrade my graphic card, either to Radeon RX 590 or GeForce GTX 970 or above higher than that?

2- I couldn't find TPM chip in my computer?!! also my bluetooth didn't show up!! Any help ?

Unusually that it was sold in Saudi Arabia!

 

Your computer came with:  NVIDIA GeForce GTX 745

 

So, will an upgrade from "745" to "790" be worth the money?
