Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to use an Oculus Link with my Oculus quest headset. I was told that I need a Certain graphics card from nividia or amd. I need to know which one is the est and if I can even upgrade to it?

An AIO does not have a PCIEx16 GPU slot.  All those cards require it.

PS<> 4N9181L does not register.

Idk what that means. Can you tel me if I can even upgrade to a new one, and if so, which one from that list> I'm not a tech guy lmao. @Wb2001
