@Amanya1,

Uninstall Nvidia, download & install the Quadro K1200 driver from here: https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/186766/en-us, restart computer, and see if this fixes things.

If this doesn't do it, uninstall Nvidia, uninstall Quadro K1200 from device manager (if it shows up under "Display adapters"), restart computer and download/install GeForce Experience from here: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/geforce-experience/download/.

Probably will need to restart again and let's see what happens.

Kind Regards,

Hi Amanya,

Would you please specify which Nvidia Quadro 2GB (K2000, 4000, T400, etc.) you mean?

Kind Regards,

Amanya,

According to the  specs HP provided for the EliteDesk 800 G2 SFF ( https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04802690#AbT1) your desktop should be capable to fit the P400.  Not only does it use less power than the specifically mentioned GeForce GT 730 2GB (TDP 49 watt) vs. the P400 (TDP 30 watt), its graphics performance is better than the GT 730.

Good Luck!
