Can I upgrade my ram from 8gb to 16gb ddr3 without having any issues? Also do I have to have a certain ram speed such as 1333mhz?

Hi:

I upgraded my 8000 Elite CMT to 16 GB with no problem.

But you have to know exactly what memory to get or most likely it won't work.

You must get low density memory.

This is the exact memory I used to upgrade my PC...it was cheaper at the time I upgraded it.

You can also use this memory...you get 2 x 4 GB for the same price as the one above.
