Welcome to the HP Forum.
It is possible to upgrade the 1660 Super to either graphics card if they fit in your PC's case.
The AMD reference dual slot 6700 XT is 10.5 inches (length). The AMD reference 7600 XT dual slot card is eight inches in length.
You also need to provide existing HP power supply specs (wattage and existing PCIe power connectors) to determine if you need a power supply upgrade to run either AMD graphics card.
The 6700 XT requires a 550 watt PSU having two 6 +2 PCIe power connections. The 7600 XT requires a 450 watt PSU having one 6 +2 pin PCIe power connector.
