HP Envy 700-149
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

Currently my HP Envy 700-149 is running with a GT635, I was wondering if I am able to upgrade it to something stronger and better from NVIDIA. I was thinking of a GTX1060 6gb. Is it going to work?

Yes.

The following version will work.

https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce-Support-Graphics-06G-P4-6161-KR/dp/B01IPVSGEC/ref=sr_1_2?s=pc&ie...

It will work. The size of the card is good.

You may have to upgrade the PSU.

The original PSU may or may not work depending on it continuous current carrying capacity. HP has not specified that in the support portal.
