Can I upgrade the intel i7 1165G7 @2.8 in my all in one

My All in One does not quite get the best from my Train Sim World 2 Game, Can I upgrade the i7 to a more powerful one? Or do I need to buy a gaming tower and put through my HDMI on the All in 1?
