information on HP approved upgrades can be found SUPPRISE!!! on the HP website closest to your region

do note that installing a non hp approved cpu may cause issues if said cpu exceeds the thermal/power limits of the system
a quick check is to simply see what the fastest HP cpu for your model system draws and then compare that to the model cpu you want to install

The product specs for the PC's that fall within the 8SP47AV product numbers all indicate that they have BGA (Ball Grid Array) processors.
HP Desktop PCs - Motherboard Specifications, Timber | HP® Support
Those processors are soldered to the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.
HP's current line of AIO"s such as the 24-df0000i are little more than non-portable notebook PC's in terms of their hardware design.
One of those aspects is that the processors can't be upgraded.
