What did you find?  Was it one 8 GB module?  Two 8 GB modules is the MAX.

Yes, that is why I stated the part numbers.  You need to match up pairs.

@wilspeak,

Here is a link to your computer RAM is motherboard memory.  The HP 110-243wb has 8GB of RAM installed.  You can use Belarc Advisor  to determine what is installed in the 2 available slots on the motherboard.  According to HP PartSurfer, it has one 8GB modules.  Either of these:

676695-150 Memory - 8GB, PC3-12800, CL11, dPC

698651-154 Memory - 8GB, PC3-12800, CL11, dPC

You can add another 8GB module of the same part number.  You will have to inspect the existing module.  Unplug the power cord, then open the case.  See this video after opening case.

Dean , I will upgrade both DIMM memory chips, because when I open 2 web browsers at the same time or and have some pictures on my home screen , the PC slows down to the point its almost unusable  and this PC isnt even a year old yet , it is still too new to be slowing down like that. I appreciate all your help and Thank You Sir.
