No, the dedicated video card is soldered to the motherboard and can't be upgraded. I wish that I had better news for you.

I am not a HP employee.
You have a mobile platform. Your PCs specs show a factory GTX 1050.
I don't think you can do much to change the factory graphics in this scenario.
I see no motherboard diagrams at your PCs support site.
Graphics card options using AIO PCs are limited. Your suggested choices may not change performance.
