Can I upgrade my GPU to an RTX 4060. Does it fit? Is it compatible with the motherboard?

I need to change my power supply from 310W to at least 450W Right?

In order to power an RTX 4060, a quality 400-watt power supply would suffice.

The part number for a compatible 400-watt power supply for your PC is: L04618-800.  Make sure that the "P2" power connector has three wires, like you can see in this link: https://www.ebay.com/itm/155585566114?itmmeta=01J2YGHKTRE9T7BNS06ET789AX&hash=item24399f55a2:g:u4YAA....

I would recommend a smaller-sized (two fan) RTX 4060 model powered by a single 8-pin PCIe power cable, such as this one: ASUS DUAL RTX 4060 V2 OC Specs | TechPowerUp GPU Database.
